what does this mean? I tried doing a search but didn't get any answers.

It means that when you order something you don't have to pay the postage on it. Cookson's tend to do a freepost every bank holiday (so every 6 weeks or so). It's a good idea to save heavy items or items that must be couriered for that time because they're the things that push the postage cost upwards. Cookson's use courier for lots of things and it costs you £11.00 for the privilege (don't know what that works out to in Canadian $ but it's not cheap)
