    Default some pendants stuff......

Goldstone, looks better in real life where the "gold" sparkles.

    Better photo

End view to show dome achieved on flat lap (especially for Stu)

    Tiger eye cab

    Cab next to setting

    Cab test fit in setting

Finally a freeform opal and setting, opal just lodged on the setting but needs some final shaping to fit correctly as the bezel moved a tad whilst soldering.

    Till next time
    cheers

you know what.... I have just clicked the second picture down and realised it goes to a blown up picture again, and if you look at the light reflection on the right side you can still see some little facets that I missed. Whilst they cannot be seen with the naked eye and the stone looks wonderfully evenly curved I now realise I need to look at my finishing again.

    Bloody cameras.........

My machine has a height adjustable outer ring (water catcher) so I can stop the cerium spraying me (mostly!)
