    yes it is, Stu, I have some similar shapes and colours in my cabochon box, which is what made me say the thing about Designer Cabs, cos that's where mine came from. I love that particular shape and I adore fancy jaspers.

    You've done really well while I've been away Stu, yes I love the shape and yes I love the stone. I think you'll find they will sell well, it makes a nice change from oval or round cabs. More please

    That's really amazing work and a gorgeous stone... I'm a real rock nerd and can spend a full day sitting on a gravel drive, I would love to try lapidary. Is it very difficult? I imagine you would need a lot of patience and equipment to produce something to that standard. How long did it take you to cut and polish it?
